... this product gave me some frustration I didn't expect. The way they wrapped the wire is unacceptable.Because of the way it's wrapped you'd think the easiest way to unravel the wire is to put the battery pack through the hole of the wrapped wire -but- no, it doesn't fit. The wrapped wire hole is too small. Therefore you have to unravel the wire as if you are threading a needle. In and out, through and through, and through again. Pfft.And be prepared for missing springs -in my case, one spring- I had a missing spring in one of the battery packs, I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why the darn thing wasn't working, and then I used the first battery pack (that worked) as an example and that's when I learned one of the springs is missing. So I compromised. I took a small amount of copper Choy, stuffed it between the battery and the battery base, turned it on, and it worked.I suppose for the cost you get what you pay for. For that reason, this product only gets a two-star rating from me.They need to do better.
