I purchased a 120W panel from Giosolar and made the mistake of recycling the unbranded, unlabeled cardboard box that it came in, as well as four flimsy pieces of foam that supposedly protected it during shipping. When the panel turned out to be defective, Giosolar refused to accept my return, since I had thrown away the "original packaging". Never mind that I have new packaging that would product the panel far better than what Giosolar used originally. I am now stuck dealing with a hostile vendor and a useless panel. If you are foolish enough to order this product, good luck!
