Inexpensive cover to protect your solar cover!You want to keep this protected from blowing around in the wind and whatnot while it's not covering your pool.I found it's best not to tie one end super tight because the other won't have enough string.The velcro is perfect, IDK what other reviewers are having issues with.It's not meant to fold or overlap. The velcro pushes together (hanging below the wound-up cover on the reel.
