I've bought several different types of solar garden lights from big box stores in the past and been pretty disappointed in quality and longevity. So my expectations were not very high when I bought one package of four to test out. But I have been very impressed, and subsequently bought two more packs. They look very attractive and seems to be of good quality. The glass is thick and heavy and so much nicer than plastic. The anodized aluminum is thin and the stakes are plastic, so to insert them into the ground I recommend pushing on the stakes, not the top of the assembled light. They emit the perfect amount of light in a pleasant warm color. And despite living by the ocean with a lot of overcast or foggy days, they stay lit all night long and only begin to fade before sunup. In the four months since I bought them, I've had one out of the twelve fail, so I replaced the cheap battery with a Panasonic. Problem solved.
